Stress causes weight gain. I figure this way, if this economy does not turn around soon and my life settle down a bit, I will be huge by the year 2010 lol. Also waking up in the middle of the night also messes with your body, can cause weight gain and I do that alot. Here is some info on this.

Theres not a doubt in my mind that stress isn't the major reason for so many ailments and disorders. Find some new things to do that'll keep you from dwelling on the economy, it'll take care of itself in time. Excercise, walking and running are great stress relievers. And here is my best idea. Drive that pretty little sports car in the pic. out here to Oklahoma. I'll buy you a brand bicycle, we'll trade and just think of all the exercise you'll get peddling back to Connecticut !!

Moon watch, I definitely agree with you 100%. I walk 5 miles a day let alone the walking I do at work (about 4 mi. a day). It does take alot of stress off you, doesn't mean though that you won't be thinking of what's stressing you, but with me it actually makes me think of things in another light even if it is what's stressing me out. I just go out and walk or ride my bike(mostly walking). I don't do it for stress relief, but will agree it definitely does work.
Luneib, I couldn't agree with you more. Yes stress definitely does cause weight gain. So I try to stay positive about things, even if things aren't going so well. It would be tough for some people, but if they could stay mentally healthy, it would definitely help them physically.

And stress is more likely to either sabotage a diet or induce weight gain in women as women produce more cortisol, which is an estrodial -- an estrogen derivative. In addition, stress inhibits sleep and sleep is necessary to maintaining a healthy weight.

I suggest a drill sergeant personal trainer for a reasonable rate. I've found one. He's is hilarious with a great sense of humor and very motivated to help me lose weight via the hundred bucks a month I pay him to make sure that I work out HARD. It is paying off. I feel accountable and know he's going to be weighing me once a week and watching me like a hawk during my work outs. This is so awesome. I feel great working out with him four times a week. The secret is to find a trainer who is reasonable, who really wants to work with numerous people in a group, though you will get a personal training plan set up just for you. Private trainers are more expensive and the group trainer works just as well.
Happy healthy living, everybody!

I have a good friend who offered me a free trial of the Saunders Diet Plan...
Chained to the bed...with just enough chain to reach the bathroom..but not the kitchen...then he said hed give me an onion....
I asked why an onion.....he said..cause when you will eat the onion...we will know that you are really hungry and its time to feed ya...
Im still thinking about it....
What do you think girls? lmao

That article seems to be nothing more than an attempt to peddle Cortislim.
Any doctor will tell their patients that losing weight is simply a matter of eating less and moving more.
