It happens everytime i open a new milk jug.....i throw the milk ring on the floor and two of our three cats go hog wild.......short of catnip...ive never seen cats go crazy over such a simple thing......when one carries it away in its mouth...the other one follows and tries to take it away......cats......so much fun to watch........cookie

Mine do that, too!
And I never can find my pony tail holders, either. They think those are just as much fun as the milk jug rings... so much so that they hide them when they get tired of playing, for later play.

Its funny.....our cats lose the milk ring under something.....and a few days later...it gets kicked up again....and the fun starts all over again.....cats remind me of kids.....always ready to play.......after a cat nap....of course........cookie

My Fitz plays with the rings from the milk jugs, too.
He also has tons of fun with twist ties, you know, from like bread bags!

I remember when my cat spike was a kitten.....he knocked over a box of Qtips......and when my daughter got home from school...he had them scattered all over the house.....another time...while still a kitten....he unrolled a roll of tolite paper all over the house.....playful little shit....... .........cookie

I have to try to throw one of those rings down for my cat, to see if she likes it.
My cat gets all the tiny stuffed animals out and puts them all over the floor in the house. But only when she is alone, and everyone leaves. I used to think what the heck, when I got home every stuffed animal was all over the floor. I even wondered if we had ghosts at 1 point. lol nope on the video cam sure enough it was our cat! lol

I never tried that with my cat,that must be so funny seeing your cats running with that. I used to have a Siamese, she has since passed on. Mine used to love her catnip, I'd put it in a sock and then tie it. She would run in circles chasing her tail lol. Yeah, cats are cool, alot of fun to watch. I used to play Monster with her, I'd pretend I was a monster and put my hands up in the air and run after her, she absolutely loved that game. If anyone else would trying playing it with her, she would give them a look like what is that supposed to be lol.

A cat I used to have disdained all toys but she would kill for the crackly plasic off of just about any package. I got into the habit of pitching crackly plastics on the floor for her to find after I opened stuff.

Yep, mine love those and hair ties too, along with string, balls, boxes, and bags!! LOL. My young one has to jump in every box, laundry basket, and crawl in every bag!! .Simle pleasures for fascinating creatures!!!

Every now and then...one of the cats gets a dirty Qtip out of the bathroom trash can and parades it around the house in their mouth.....cats can be strange........cookie
