Just like the thank all the folks who took the time to step up to the plate and offer me advice on the plumbing. I got the handle off and put some electrical tape around the valve stem so I wouldn't damage the threads while turn it on for a shower. I've looked everywhere for the turn off valve ..in the crawl space and under the sink but to no avail. I live in an apartment so there isn't a basement like a house. They are sending a plumber next week to fix it. Again...thankyou folks ..very much appreciated ...now if we could just get Fender back...
