The new health plan would tax breast implants and cosmetic surgery at 5% and would bring in 5 Billion Dollars. It didn't say anything about penal implants. If I were female that would make me angry, On second thought, maybe not.

penile implants are not considered cosmetic surgery.. it is considered a valid surgery after prostae cancer surgery. It doesn't "enhance" the size of the penis.. that is impossible..
like breast reconstruction after a mastectomy, it is covered by insurance.. breast enhancments are not covered by insurance.. it is an elective surgery.. not medically necessary

Don't worry about it. With the shift to having mamograms from 40 to 50,,, 10% of the total people diagnosed with breast cancer are in this age group,,, will be having the fake breasts classified as non-elective.
Sorry mam, this is stage three. We are going to have to take that,, but he good newes is,,, you don't have to pay a tax on your new one.

Well.... if it makes them so happy, I guess they will still do it, even with 5% higher price.
Personally, I couldn't care less, and I have never understood those who would actually have breast implants....
