Every night when I go to sleep tons of things flood my mind so I am wide awake for 2/3 hours sometimes. Today this question popped into my head, why are some people's body odors stronger then others, welll...here is the answer, just in case you are also curious.

Very good article, I know I smell much better since cutting out the sugar and many other items that were listed including meat ! Actually I used to smell like a goat until I quit eating so many tin cans !!

I remember 30 years ago when the Atkins diet came out and I tried it, whew it changed my odor.
All the more reason to cut red meat way back along with sugar; processed food and eat a healthy diet of whole grains, fresh veggies, fruits, nuts and soy products. YUMMY

I have never understood people who want to live in a no texture, no odor, no noise world where everything is whiter than white, cleaner than clean. The real natural world has odors, texture, heat and cold, color, and sounds.
Body odors are a result of a vigorous active life, your muscles producing waste products as they actively work, and some of that waste being eliminated through the skin.
Active living is what life is all about. Live actively, and clean up later.
Does it make sense to stop eating red meat? Not if you are very physically active. To get enough protein from vegetable sources you take in so many carbs you turn into a blimp. Perhaps you can skip meat if you lead a sedentary life, but the results of that are disgusting.
But that red meat is bad stuff.......wait a minute, our muscles are made of red meat, and our bodies(eyes, hands, teeth, gut) are designed to digest meat.
Or you can sit in your plastic chair, in your air conditioned house, and watch TV all day, and never sweat. How clever !

I remember when the Atkins diet was popular, went to a restaurant back then and was talking about it with a waiter who told us that people who came in there that were on it developed gout, that too much meat caused that, not good.
