Mup...Fill sink with warm water....submerge bird until it stops making noise and turns blue...
Seriously...every half hour change water to warm again...

You can cook tom gobbler frozen you know, add 2 - 1/2 hours to the original time and 1/2 way thru pull that nasty stuff out from inside, don your gloves, stuff him and back in he goes!
