i joined two years ago but i havent been in a while, the classes i like dont start until 5:45/pm i get home from work at 3:45/pm i hate waiting that long everyday during my lunch break at work i have been walking around salemtowne, today i walked 40 minutes I feel so much better after, before going to my cottage at 12:00/pm so i have dicided that im going to stay after work when i punch the clock at 3:30/pm and start walking around salemtowne for about an hour and 1/2 hey its free exercise and on the weekends im going to go to the pool at work and swim laps hot tub after, the only thing with that is i have to have someone with me company policy but if someone is already in there its ok my son tommy said he may go with me on saturday that would be great i think i have made a good decision, look at the money i will save

	Swimming and walking, both great exercise! We used to have a gym membership, the place used to get so crowded, it was hard to get the equipment we wanted to use. It's nice your son will go with you.

	Those folks canceled my membership at the YWCA once they discovered that I was wearing my older sister's hand-me-downs...it was embarrasing !!
