Well I was working with my manager monday. I was working my butt like I usually do. Around lunch time we got busy as usual. My manager had a little attitude with not only me but customers as well. She has hateful attitude with anybody. Well before I rang up a customer she told me I needed to work faster. I rang up the customer then after I was done with him I told her in front of God and everybody,"You tell me that again, I'm walking out." and she told me to go ahead and I did with whole line of ppl. I'm just not gonna be treated like that.I left her there being pregnant and working it by herself. I've had to work their all by myself with no help. She probably called someone in but she got a taste of her own medicine. Yes I;m jobless but I'm happier now then I was. I'll find something though. As long as I keep my chin up everything will be okay.

I quit a job like that once. Manager told me to leave right then, so I did. Only problem was when I tried to collect unemployment, the manager said I had quit and they believed him over me. Oh well, I did end up with a much better job! Good luck!

Were I work, we're reminded we need to work faster and smarter almost every day. I've listened to it for many many years.
But I understand it stinks working for someone who doesn't know how to deal with their own problems and push their emotional baggage at you..
Hopefully your ex supervisor will learn how to treat people that work under them..

No one should be treated that way by their employer, I think I would have done the same thing if I were in your shoes. You will find another job.
