While the Obama administration tries to trash Mitt Romney and Bain Capital for the perfectly honorable position Romney held with them in the 1990s, they are secretly taking money from Bain Capital for Obama's reelection campaign and appointing some of Bain's former top brass to key positions both in the Obama campaign and in the Obama administration.

And they are trying to cover it up.

President Obama named Boris Bershteyn to step in to head the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs after the departure of Cass Sunstein, but his official bio makes no mention of Bershteyn’s time at consulting firm Bain & Co.

Obama appointed Boris Bershteyn to head his Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs -- that's right REGULATORY AFFAIRS -- but on Bershteyn's online bio they removed the fact that he is a former consultant for Bain Capital. They tried to cover up that he worked for Bain.

But wait... as if that isn't enough, there is a lot more!

Obama has quietly been taking money from Bain Capital for THIS ELECTION CYCLE. That's right, according to CNN so far Obama took $150,000 from the Bain Capital, the company he and his followers accuse of being an evil empire out to destroy the middle class and take away their jobs. (see video below for the report from CNN)

But wait! There's more and more and more! Bain Capital is all over the Obama team. Obama is more Bain Capital than Mitt Romney!

It turns out that Obama's top "bundler" is none other than Jonathan Levine -- the guy who actually WAS in charge of Bain Capital at the time that Obama and the Democrats falsely accused Romney of being in charge when the layoffs at GST Steel took place! A bundler is a rich connected person who gets wealthy people to give large donations to candidates. Obama hired this guy to work for him in a key campaign fund raising position.

Let me make this clear because I know it is almost too incredible to believe. Obama ran a widely publicized campaign ad falsely accused Mitt Romney former head of Bain Capital of being responsible for the layoff of employees at GST Steel. But the truth is that Romney wasn't even in charge Bain Capital when those employees were laid off, and he hadn't been for many years.

The guy who WAS in charge of Bain Capital when the layoffs took place was Jonathan Levine. In 2011 Obama took a large campaign contribution from Levine and now has appointed him to be his top campaign bundler -- working for Obama to bring in large cash campaign donations from rich contributors!

So Obama falsely accused Romney of the GST Steel layoffs even though Romney wasn't even part of Bain Capital when they happened, and then too a large campaign contribution from the guy who actually was in charge and then actually HIRED him to be the major fund raiser for his campaign! He falsely vilified Romney and then hired the REAL guy who did the very thing that Obama accused Romney of!

It sounds like science fiction, but it is actually TRUE!

So after trying to trash Bain Capital and its employees, Obama not only takes money from Bain Capital, he hires Bain capital executives for top positions in his campaign and in his administration. And then he tries to cover it up!!!

If there is a picture in the dictionary next to the words fake, phony and fraud, it would surely be one of Barack Hussein Obama, the biggest fraud in the history of America.

Be sure to see all of these. You won't believe your eyes...

Again....there is no law that says an EMPLOYEE can't contribute AND work on Obama's campaign.

So what? Obama slams Romney for being CEO of Bain, it's about Romney, not the employee. As I said before, ALL politicians lie out of both sides of their asses.

No, Obama is not perfect, in fact, he's far from it. I didn't want him winning the nomination, I wanted Hillary to win. I felt, and still do as a matter of fact, that she was the stronger, more qualified candidate.

Obama has had questionable alliances with people like Wright and ACORN. All old news.

Many have said that Romney's dad screwed up Michigan when he was governor. I wouldn't know as I would have been an infant at that time and could have really cared less. Others have also said the Romney's were the downfall of American Motor Co. aka AMC. And that the only brand to have survived the Romney's is the Jeep brand, and that is because Chrysler bought Jeep.

Neither Romney nor Obama are clean, moral or upstanding people. Both will resort to truth twisting or spin to win the election. Which is why I don't pay attention to campaign ads, why I don't pay much attention to the news media when it comes to gossip, such as this. I will pay attention to how both candidates answer questions at debates.

Again, big deal. Please tell me one modern day politician that isn't a hypocrite and I'll sell you some ocean side property in Wyoming for a buck.

This is not just "an employee." This is the guy who headed Bain Capital at the time Obama accuses Bain Capital of all kinds of unspeakable evil.

Obama made a commercial accusing Romney of being responsible for laying people off ***because he was the head of Bain Capital***. Obama attacked Romney for being evil and anti-middle class ***because he was the head of Bain***.

But Romney wasn't the head of Bain... ***THIS GUY WAS***.

And now this guy is contributing to and working for Obama himself as one of his top campaign fund raisers.

Why would Romney be evil if he had been the head of Bain when the layoffs took place, but this guy isn't evil even though he actually WAS the head of Bain? And if this guy, Levine is so evil, why would Obama take money from him and hire him for a key position in his campaign?

You fail to grasp the hypocrisy and sheer fraud in Obama's tactics in this?

Let me see if I can help you grasp it with an analogy.

Hitler was just an employee of the German government. So it would be acceptable to you if Obama based his campaign on how evil Hitler was and then took money from Hitler and hired him to be a key fundraiser for Obama's own political career?

You would say that's OK because Hitler was just an employee? You would not say that Obama was a fraud?

And I repeat:

As I said before, ALL politicians lie out of both sides of their asses.

They are all hypocrites. I have never, EVER said Obama wasn't. I personally think they take a class on hypocrisy and lying.

You're seeing it your way, I'm seeing it that it's the company itself Obama is trashing, and if this employee (or former employee) is working on Obama's campaign...so be it. Maybe the guy has an ax to grind.

I would say the same thing if Romney, for example only, were to be bashing the law firm Obama worked for, and a former employee of that firm were to donate money to Romney's campaign and then work on his campaign. I wouldn't see it any different than what I'm saying now.

Moral? Sorry, no such thing as "moral" when it comes to politicians. They all "play dirty" in order to win. I choose to pay more attention to them on news conferences and on debates rather than the smear ads each side puts out.

Just a thought......maybe this guy is actually putting out some harsh truths about Romney's time with Bain. And if so...Obama would be a fool to not take advantage of that knowledge.

I see, so nothing Obama does is despicable because you think all politicians do bad things.

And no one should ever call attention to fraud, hypocrisy and outright evil that Obama does because you think everyone does the same thing.

As a matter of fact, let's not even bother having elections because everyone is evil.

Meanwhile its OK for you and anyone else to post anything they want about Romney.

That's a very constructive and useful position. I'm sure we will all give it careful consideration.

Yeah but wouldnt it be refreshing if a candidate for once just said " Ok here is my plan and here is how I think it would be good for the country" and left the mud slinging and name calling to us political geniuses her on MD lol

sigh....No, you don't see it at all.

I'm saying for every so called "despicable" thing you all rant about with Obama, those who support Obama will find to rant about on Romney. Hence: each side will see something despicable in the opposition.

For everything bad you want to point out about Obama, I see someone else point out about Romney.

and this remark:
As a matter of fact, let's not even bother having elections because everyone is evil.

Honestly? How immature and spiteful is that? No, that is not what I am saying at all. Get real. I merely pointed out that both sides will throw out all of the dirt against each other that they can. That is how the world of politics works. They don't care about honesty nor do they care about playing fair when it comes to winning. It's up to us, the voters, to sort out which is bullshit and which is somewhat close to truth.

Meanwhile its OK for you and anyone else to post anything they want about Romney.

Seriously? You have got to be kidding right? For every bad post I see about Romney, I see about Obama. So that lacks any argument.

Again, I'll say it, I base my decisions upon what I see and hear when the candidates do press conferences, town hall style meetings, rallies (if they are near enough for me to attend), and debates.

I DO NOT sit here and get my info from these blogs. I do as I just pointed out, listen to BOTH candidates. I do not get my information from Fox, CNN, nor MSNBC. I do not get my information from CBS, NBC, nor ABC. I don't get my information from sites like American Thinker nor Huffington Post. I get it from the candidates them selves on their live appearances. Not campaign ads.

Dude, I take this more serious than you think. I don't wear Political Party Blinders. I gave those up about 12 years ago. I'm American, not Republican, not Democrat, not Independent, not Green Party, not Tea Party, or any other party out there. Which is why I will not blindly follow what either one of these two have to say.

I remember commenting last year, around October, maybe November, that the media already hand picked Romney to win the Republican nomination. Looks like I was right. So don't make the mistake of thinking I don't pay attention. I do pay attention.

I don't see any moral or ethical equivalence between Romney and Obama. I see Obama as immoral, unethical, anti-American and evil and I don't see Romney as any of those things.

I get that you say that you don't see a difference between them. But I do.

So what do you want me to do, talk about how great I think Obama is when I think he is the worst president in the nation's history?

There are plenty of other posters here who relentlessly bash Romney. You don't need me to do that even if I had a reason to bash him, which I don't. I get your point, you are entitled to your view, and I allow you to post it on my blogs.

And since you think both candidates are so bad, I am sure you also post that opinion on the pro Obama blogs too, not just on the pro Romney blogs.

I have no idea how that point of view adds anything constructive to the task of choosing the right man to be the the next president, but you are certainly entitled to your view.

Actually, I have pointed out on "Pro Obama" blogs that he isn't all that great. If you missed that...that's on you, not me.

Oh, that is simple. I'm not blindly following any party. I'm paying more attention to what both are saying and not saying. I'm paying more attention to press conferences, town hall meetings, rallies, and debates. I do not approach elections as "I'm only voting one party and that's it". I watch both. Not just one over the other.

I wonder how many people won't vote at all because they're disgusted with both of these guys?
This election could turn out to be the biggest fiasco we've ever seen.
DiamondRain

Aug 24 @ 7:10PM
People who don't vote deserve whatever they get. And they have no right to complain because they did nothing to contribute to the democracy. It is your duty as a citizen to choose a candidate and vote. Throwing up your hands and saying they both stink contributes nothing to the country or to the freedom that you enjoy by virtue of being an American citizen. It is your duty and responsibility as a citizen to inform yourself, to make a choice and to vote.

There has never in our lifetime been two more different candidates. The choice and the contrast is more clear than it has ever been. Romney is a capitalist and Obama is a socialist. The line has never been more distinct. Those are your choices. Don't like either one? Well the world isn't perfect, it is still your duty as a citizen to make a choice and vote.

Those who see no difference between Romney and Obama need to look harder and do their homework.
cutsiepie

Aug 24 @ 8:14PM
I agree with you completely, but a lot of people are voicing displeasure with both men and have expressed they feel voting is a waste of time.
The consequences of that undoubtedly could be far reaching!
DiamondRain

Aug 24 @ 8:25PM
I've heard that about candidates in every election I can remember.

Usually, when people say there is no difference between the candidates, it's because they don't want to do the work necessary to learn about and understand the differences. There are always differences. And in this case there are more differences than there have ever been.

I get that a lot of people want to enjoy the benefits of living in the greatest nation in the history of mankind without having any of the responsibilities that come with it. People like that are the cause of the problem, not the solution. Complaining about the system and the lack of a candidate that you wish there was is not helpful in any way towards moving the country in the right direction. We don't need complaints, we need informed an and involved citizenry. Without that, you can be sure that tyranny will be the next step and all of those people will regret the day they sat back and did nothing. I don't want to have to wait until it happens to say I told you so, so I am doing everything in my power to help steer the country towards the candidate that I think is by far the better of the two.

It is difficult to get to the truth these days, as there is more horse crap in the media, than in the stalls in Kentucky on derby day! It's like Jerry Springer Gone Wild with the pure crap they promote as news. But, the truth about things can be found by those willing to put forth the effort!

Look at the first big thing that came out about Romney, he did not want to release more than was required of his tax returns. What does that have to do with a candidates ability to be presiden? But everyone has jumped on the bandwagon, kill Romney cause it does not want to release extra tax returns beyond what he is legally required to? If he has done something illegal, the IRS would be up his butt, and we would have heard about it.

Even the media isn't saying anything good about Obama, because there is nothing good to say about his job performance! He knew what was going on before he ever took office, and promised he would fix it, hope & change. he asked for it, no he begged for it, the chance to fix everything, and he has failed miserably. I do not need the media to tell me that, I see it, and hear it every day from people out of work, losing their homes etc. He has proved beyond any doubt that he cannot do the job! It is time for a real change!
DiamondRain

If there is one thing that Romney is it is a decent, moral individual. If he has any problem at all it is that he hesitates to get down into the gutter where Obama tries to bring the fight. But he needs to get tough... and he will. I notice that he is getting better every time I see him.

For every 10 speeches that the media shows of Obama they show a few sound bites of Romney. I notice that they show every single speech Obama holds at every McDonald's and dollar store across the country, but completely ignore Romney's speeches. And he has had some spectacular ones.

Romney not only has to beat an incumbent president -- which always gives the president a huge advantage -- but he has to beat the massively Obama biased media as well. If it weren't for that, the race wouldn't be anywhere near close like it seems to be now.

I think people are going to be favorably shocked when they finally get a chance to see who Romney really is and hear what he has to say. He is nothing that the Obama controlled propaganda machine has made him out to be. And when people find out, I think they are going to turn on Obama in even bigger numbers then they already have.
