The Elements of Style by Strunk and White. The complete book is online. You can pull up nudie pictures in another browser window (ARimbaud) for those breaks you need in absorbing and digesting this material.
In case you do not know, after you have posted a blog, you can edit it by viewing your blog page and clickng on the little pencil between the title of your blog and the trashcan. There is no limit on the time in which you can edit. You can go back several months and still edit.

Glad to know about the pencil thingie ......I have been using it to rotate between scratching my azz with and cleaning my ear... so you can do other things with it......no telling what all I have been putting in that trash can that's there.  DEPENDS

Nah, you had the sense to tell people about nudie pictures - sure wish I'd thought of that - well, no sense crying over lost kudos... 
I have to get back to my remedial class, anyhoo... I just know my student, Arthur the ribald Rimbaud, is busily pouring over his required reading: Everything I Need To Know I Forgot, Online Masterbation with Your Own Johnson, The Dead Poet's Guide To Raising Goats, Fora, Format, Foreplay: Effin' for Fun and Prophets, Blymie! It's Lymie!, the Hedonist's Pocket Thesaurus, and of course: Elephants of Style.
I need to find a few more "texts" for extra credit...  .. so I am open to suggestion ... I mean suggestions... I mean ideas...
