i have to say that supper tonight turned out great! i made corned beef hash and it was delicious. i have enough leftover to add scrambled eggs to in morning for breakfast.

i have to say that among all the things i've cooked lately, this was the perfect meal. it was comfort food from when i was younger, and it was very satisfying. also, miracles of miracles, the potatoes didn't stick to the bottom of the skillet, and they crisped up nicely. the key on the can of corned beef actually worked right, severing the can in half. finally when i pulled the halves apart, the corned beef was in the smaller part in one piece! i didn't have to dig it out this time!

all in all, the best meal i've had in a long time.
