So, Barbie has a new dog....a new dog that shits. This is a GREAT idea! Teach little girls all about the responsibility involved with taking care of a pet! YAY! But heres a thought...babydolls that shit! And cry...and vomit..and get fevers! This could actually be a nice interactive way to deter young girls from the glories of parenthood before they get out of middle school! Just my thought though.

	hmmmm Barbie and her dog Tanner, no doubt.. my daughter wanted one of these sooo badly, but I refused for quite a while. Finally relenting, I purchased one for her just last week. Ummmm yeah, the 'poop' also does double duty as the doggy treats in the form of little brown pellets. To disguise the fact that these little girls are actually feeding the beloved Tanner his own doggy poop, Barbie uses her little magnetic pooper scooper to dispose of the waste into a trash can, which has a slot on the back which automatically places the brown pellets into a nice tidy doggy treat box stored on the back of the trash can! lol. Now, for Barbie and her kitty (I can't remember the cat's name). You feed water to this cat via a bottle, then the cat pees in a sand filled litter box. Then of course the special litter, clumps and then Barbie has to clean the litter box. My daughter is not the least bit interested in the kitty for whatever reason. Now dolls that poop in their diaper? I believe there is already such a thing, but I don't plan on buying one soon. For those girls who do not have younger siblings, it might not be a bad idea especially if the doll can get really sick. My younger children were the best birth control education my older daughters could have ever experienced. By helping out with their younger siblings, they realize just how much work a baby is and that its not all fun. In their 20's now, they are still saying they don't want to have kids. I suspect that one day they might change their minds but I can guarantee it won't happen until they are ready for the upheaval that being responsible for a newborn brings.
