so, i was watching tv last night, can't remember what show, and there was a man, kissing a woman, and they were good actors, because honestly, this man looked like he felt this woman was the most precious thing in his life.
it made me think, and wonder, when WAS the last time a man had kissed me like that. when WAS the last time a man held my face in his hands, and kissed me gently, working up to strong passionate kisses, that made me feel wanted, and desired.
it seems to me that people are so often in a hurry to make love, that we (myself included) forget that a good kiss can almost make you feel like you HAVE just made love.
kissing is definately underated i think. i need to be kissed.

I know exactly what you mean, kissing is definately underated. There is a commercial showing a man & woman very involved in kissing. I just love that commercial, but for the life of me can't remember what they are selling. I am so jealous of the girl in the commercial! The guy isn't my type but damn he's a good kisser!

I know what you mean, I can not remember the last time a kiss just took my breath away. It is sad but true we all rush far to much and don't take the time any more even to be held or to hold one another.
Maybe I'm looking for to much I want to find the same type of LOVE my grandpparents shared. You could see the love and respect they shared even after 57 years, just by looking in their eyes. They truely loved eachother.

Kissing a is very important,pleasing aspect to any relationship. At least for me it is. I miss those kisses that melt your soul. and feel ooohh so good.
MsWW. I think the commercial you are talking about is Rembrandt. That's the one that got my attention.It made me think that I wanted to be kissed like that, for at least a week.......lol

I think here what is forgotten is that the kiss is part of mking love. Sex to me with out kissing is just that,SEX and is not making love.

I think the problem is time managment...most of us get so busy we then reduce what we wish for into that time frame a mere second....a peck on the cheek while pulling one pants leg still up on the way to work....Honestly we should never get to busy to fully share our love nor reduce it to this amount of insignificance.......what is 20 seconds anyway on your way to work.....better yet set the alarm early  and take all the time you really want!

I so love kissing and it why I have kissing as one of my tag and also why I wrote this poem.
Kissing Thoughts of You
Often throughout the day
thoughts of our lips embracing passionately
pushes aside any and all stress
by seducing the mind slowly savoring and surviving on the moment we last kissed
Images of pushing your hair back
to expose your gorgeous face came forward
Seeing those adoring eyes
speaking the language of love fluently
Inviting my lips to glide up and down your succulent neckline
pausing momentarily to suck fervently
Feeling you rise up on your tippy toes
wanting to succumb to my arousing gestures
As the rhythmic swaying of your hair
flows from one side to the another
