Broiled tender white breast cutlets, seasoned with garlic, onion, a hint of basil, a touch of salt, and a mere smattering of white vinegar; broiled with sliced green pepper and chopped white onion.
That's the filling for a sandwich made with a soft french roll that's been bedecked with Pepper Jack cheese and toasted to golden brown perfection, with a dab of fresh mayonnaise and a thin line of jalapeno/dark golden mustard.
I wanted to include more vegetables, such as sauteed mushrooms, avocado slices, and/or tomatoes but alas I had none and no money to make it so.
