a few counties over from me these people are selling their farm in quite a cool way they are having an essay contest w/ a 100.00 entery fee when they get 3,000 enteries they will pic the best one and that person gets the farm here is the link for anyone intrested it's kinda cool

	thats has been going on for quite a while here in the state of maine. One couple from NY won the essay contest and are now owners of a nice inn in Lovel , Maine
