Ok, so I have never said, or pretended to be the sharpest crayon in the box, but neither do I think I am dumb as a stump.
I have mentioned earlier that I had been away from blogging for quite a while...yes, I got addicted to the forums. You CAN, and please do, read every post I have ever made there. All 5,000 plus. If some of you would go to the trouble to do that, you will see that not all of us are alike, just as all of the bloggers are not alike.
I post in the forums to have fun! Yes, I do take shit for it, just as you guys take shit for posting useless blogs that some think belong in the forums. Yes, according to MD rules, some of them should, BUT I can also see why the forums are not your cup of tea. Just as blogging isn't for others. Some people that post in the forums are also told, it belongs in a blog! GO FIGURE! Kinda like....
I do find it sad, that since most of us are on here for basically the same reason, we can't find a way to work/play together. (like I said, I am not the sharpest crayon) Maybe someone would be kind enough to help me to understand. (I have also been called/accused of being a Hugging, Suck Up Fool, or something to that effect.
I am just a person that likes to get along with people and when I care about someone, I am not afraid to let them know, even if it is for the whole world to see. To those people that think less of me for showing my true feelings....  There are MANY more, that appreciate it. 
That being said, I have made some true friends here, and am thankful to each and every one.

Diversity is fine, its the hateful way some people react to each other that I don't like, and cannot understand.
I commented on a blog yesterday, not realizing what caused the blog to be written. I thought it was all in fun, I guess I shouldn't comment anymore since its not like the forums and you can't tell what the "storyline" is.

Like the old saying goes, it takes less muscles to smile than to frown. I wish people would just grow up. I don't understand why people tear each other apart on this site, it just doesn't make sense to me. Doesn't it feel better to just treat each person with respect and kindness?

The forum people do seem easier going.
I notice that people control who can and cannot comment on the blogs but, in the forums however anyone can post a comment?! That speaks volumes. 
Are the people who post in the forum more secure with themselves?

I hear ya. As a fellow suck up, hugger and rookie gif-ho , I can relate. Do me one favor - don't ever change. Forum where you like, blog what you feel. If you help, uplift, support, just one person here, that's fantastic. You did just that for me, through a very difficult time, not once, but twice, with no thought of yourself, you just unselfishly reached out and took me under your wing. THAT to me, is the definition of a TRUE, GENUINE person.

As some know, I spent many years being a chatter here on this site....when I first moved over to the blogs back in (I think it was) February, I was in awe as to how friendly & nice everyone seemed. HA! As time has progressed, it's all the same. Yes, despite our individual differences, overall, people are ALL THE SAME.

I'm sorry...I feel the need to add one additional thought (though the blogs here may not be the proper forum (no pun intended) to do so). As for diversity, or WHATEVER, I could do without all the bickering here. As for said "bickering" I have noticed it takes MANY forms. And whether it is underhanded or outright boldly intentional, it is still disgusting, unnecessary & overabundant!
And honestly, I think it all goes back to same basic rule of thumb....If you don't like the topic, the blogger, the form or WHATEVER.........SKIP IT!!!!!
