It is not the religion, it is not the one true God, it is that the entire inhabited Earth and it's governments are under the authority of Satan. By rejecting God, by blaming him, you are causing it to be more deeply under that authority, too.
Why do you think God had a chosen people? Chosen out of whom? Why? Chosen out of the rest of mankind whom were sold by Adam to Satan. So that the way could be prepared, the proof of his claim be given, the proof of his love made manifest, the Christ be born, and the ransom sacrifice be made.
Why is it a ransom sacrfice? Because he is buying back the slaves of Satan (that would be you, too) and making them no longer a part of this World that belongs to Satan: whomever chooses to accept the sacrfice as payment for their sins and work, instead, towards doing good.
(John 3:16-17) 16 “For God loved the world so much that he gave his only-begotten Son, in order that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent forth his Son into the world, not for him to judge the world, but for the world to be saved through him.
(Matthew 24:9-14) 9 “Then people will deliver YOU up to tribulation and will kill YOU, and YOU will be objects of hatred by all the nations on account of my name. 10 Then, also, many will be stumbled and will betray one another and will hate one another. 11 And many false prophets will arise and mislead many; 12 and because of the increasing of lawlessness the love of the greater number will cool off. 13 But he that has endured to the end is the one that will be saved. 14 And this good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come.
The Bible is full of warning over whom is really running your governments, what to avoid, what you should not do to fellow man. It is up to the individuals to use their own discernment and to decide for themselves if, perhaps, a man so evil that he could kill in the manner of this man or act in the manner of this man (choose whichever man you care to reference) is to be believed, is incapable of lying or being deceived himself, when he says "I do this for God."
If the things they do never fit with the teachings they claim to follow, does it make the teacher a liar? Or does it make them, at the least, bad at following directions?
(John 3:19-21) 19 Now this is the basis for judgment, that the light has come into the world but men have loved the darkness rather than the light, for their works were wicked. 20 For he that practices vile things hates the light and does not come to the light, in order that his works may not be reproved. 21 But he that does what is true comes to the light, in order that his works may be made manifest as having been worked in harmony with God.”
(1 John 5:18-21) 18 We know that every [person] that has been born from God does not practice sin, but the One born from God watches him, and the wicked one does not fasten his hold on him. 19 We know we originate with God, but the whole world is lying in the [power of the] wicked one. 20 But we know that the Son of God has come, and he has given us intellectual capacity that we may gain the knowledge of the true one. And we are in union with the true one, by means of his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and life everlasting. 21 Little children, guard yourselves from idols. . .
