Today at the Sanchez residence we'll be serving the finest, freshly caught (at the store) tilapia. Seasoned with a wonderful lemon pepper essence. With Spanish style rice and olives. And to complete the Meditarranean flavors a perfectly aged wine form the South of Spain.
