It is always flattering when someone comments on my blog and those times someone sends an email my way just to say "Hey, what's up - why aren't you blogging?"
There are so many good and interesting writers out here that I am confident you know exactly what I mean. And for those of us who have the goal and sometimes pleasure of making a little money off our words - it is a reward that is much more than those little checks coming in now and then.
Don't get me wrong, the money is nice and it helps, but to know you are read, to know people care about what you have to say or share your humor, tears or whatever the message may be - isn't that ultimately the greatest gift of all?
And don't we have a wonderful opportunity to learn about people and what they think, how they feel etc. when reading their blogs and/or their responses to other blogs?
And sometimes, like this one - I guess we can just ramble a little. Isn't life great?
