I added 'the grade' as I realized the headline might give the wrong impression
Well grades were posted a few weeks ago and while 3 A's and a B were gratefully accepted (I worked really hard for the B - hardest class I have worked in so far), I also had to accept I had been given a "C"
I have to say to all of you who assured me loosing the 4.0 I strived for would not be the end of the world, well, you were right. I didn't even get as upset as I might have if it had not been for everyone's emails all those weeks ago re-iterating it's the learning process more than the grade. And if it's not in my major studies, is it really that important to stress over?
So thanks all your parent/student/full-time employee combo's who knew exactly what to say, having been there or being there yourselves.
I can berate myself for not studying harder for the final (which was my downfall) but you know what, I passed and a few points off the grade average are not as big of a deal as I thought it might be. So thanks everyone for your words of wisdom and common sense.
