Well, it's the 4th. Fireworks and extra time with my daughter.Really having a good time.
As most know, A few weeks ago i Upgraded to 2 dogs. Love them. They are great.
Now when I went to pick up my daughter for the final 2 weeks of our summer, She had a surpise(or 5) waiting for me. Her mother decided she doesn't like animals anymore. So now i have a ferret also. Good well behaved animal. And of course, can't let her put down the 3 kittens Samantha has, so welcome to my house. The thing is, they can't survive yet without their mother. Welcome mama cat. Then on the way home, someone in front of me ran over a rabbit. She had 1 baby with her. So now i Have a bouncing babybunny too.
We are driving to visit my uncle today. I sure hope noone hits a deer on the way there.

What a kind, generous, patient heart AND a fine example of a good father. One cannot even begin to list all the life lessons you are teaching your daugher via your generousity towards these little itty bitty animals. You deserve a hug today!

Awww sounds about like my daughter and I, of course my son, but more my daughter and I lol. She sees one that she thinks is a stray and it is "oo mommy can we stop and get it, it needs a home"  Gotta love kids and people with big hearts. Kudos to you

 LOL I know how that all goes...at one point, we had 4 dogs, a cat, a guniea pig, 3 birds, a couple frogs and way too many fish to count! I eventually told my kids we would be thinning the herd through attrition...anything that died or ran away would not be replaced. We are finally down to the 4 dogs and about 3 fish.
