We had so much fun today. Our neighbor is a sweetheart.
Me-Me told her that we were having her birthday party today. Me-Me's friend from school had called and said she was planning on being here and giving her gifts. I decided to go ahead and have cake and ice cream . Hubby and I went to Dollar Tree and bought a bunch of small gifts. One cool gift picked by her sissy is a water gun.
Her friend stood her up. Her mom and the family went to the lake and I guess they didn't make it back in time.
She was so sad and broken hearted, until the neighbor showed up. I was happy too. I had good company and my baby was not crying anymore. When she opened the water gun our neighbor said that she has two water guns and lets have a water war.
We ate our cake and ice cream then headed outside. She headed home and soon she and I were armed and ready. By the time we gave up there was not one place on anyone that was not soaking wet. Sar sar's pants were so soaked that she was running around holding them up with one hand shooting at us with the other hand yelling , " I am gonna lose my britches, I am gonna lose my britches, don't shoot. "
We are all happy and pleasantly tired.
A Long hot bath feels so good after a water war. I am gonna miss that woman when she moves.
