This is a free dating site. It is a great site for blogging...for free. Looking for an email buddy? great site. So, I'm not sure if the free members are serious about meeting someone? It seems they are in another country or married. If I was seriously looking for someone, it would not be on this site. Most of the contacts I've had are from men are too many miles away. When I am ready to date, and serious about it....it will be on a site that I am paying for, and the men are local. OK...bring on the comments...

I was on a payed site, it sucked! I've been on every free site, they all suck compared to this one. Easy for me to say since I had success here. Even if I didn't , I had no doubt it would most likely happen here.

Yes, whether or not I am paying on this site or not, it has turned into my "friends" site, I love to blog and see what my friends are up to. Not too many men from Michigan on here so I would go to another site to search for a date. But this one is the BEST.

I belonged to two different paysites. Niether of them ever had anyone close to me. The closest match one site sent me, was still 45 miles away. That was the closest. I found them to be a total waste of money. Of course, some people are very happy with them. The only plus, never got a match from overseas.

I've met or have some success to different degrees on here. On some sites even if you pay, non-payers cannot read or respond to your messages.

I've become totally disenchanted, PERIOD, about finding someone special.
Yes, I've made lots of friends & acquaintances thru this site, too....and yes, I love coming here, reading the blogs & being in touch with those friends. But I figure, if Mr. Special is gonna come along, it could be here, or anywhere. I'm open. Just no takers.

but still most of my dating has been on sites when both men and women are paying..they are serious about meeting someone.
