I know I haven't been around much, other than to pop in and check my mail and a couple of posts here and there. Quite a bit has changed over the course of the last couple of weeks. I have gone from two employees and a roommate down to no employees and no roommate. At first it was little hard to take, but with faith and trust in God, it's all good. I know God has a great plan for me, even if I don't know exactly what it is.
Fortunately, I have a few people in mind that can help me on an as-need basis. This cuts my labor expense incredibly, which isn't a bad thing. I will be concentrating on more equipment sales and opportunities that I can complete by myself, thus eliminating my need for employees and increasing my overall profit margin.
God has shaken things up once again and caused me to look deep within myself. Radical change for the better is taking place. I have been talking about getting back into shape forever. You know, "I should probably start walking....or eating better...maybe work out again". Well, talk is cheap. As of Monday, my diet has been completely flipped upside down. Everything in my pantry and fridge is healthy and low fat. I have cut most of the sugar out of my diet, except for the good stuff. I am taking in approximately 10% fat a day (or less, if possible) and am taking in lots of protein and complex carbs. I joined a gym on Wednesday and worked out for the first time in almost sixteen years on Thursday morning. I blasted my legs yesterday. I am doing some form of cardio at least once a day, if not twice a day. This body is a temple and it's time to clean it up.
I look forward to posting some much better pics in the not so far away future. I feel better already. Time to get back to brick house shape.
