Well then, perhaps some of you might like that - though that would be very mean on your part

So ... I was thinking ... thinking about great cultures - how they have "risen" to the "top" throughout history and found many many things in common
-
Each great nation has went through some kind of struggle, say ... freeing themselves from being under control or a dictatorship from another country or other peoples ... you know - just like the USA freed herself from being under the rule of a king
-
and then it hit me ...
1. Nations free themselves
2. Nation then creates freedom
3. Nation then takes control of freedoms - little by little (otherwise known as laws, regulations, taxes, and the list goes on ... yep, even in Rome)
4. Socialism and/or dictatorship is DE-SENSITIZED and eventually implemented
5. Nation un-arms or looses patriotism (though they claim NOT) or CREATES EQUALITY
6. Nation gets their arse kicked
Over and over and over again we see this in history, I need not mention the empires such as Persia, Ottoman, Rome, Russia ... and soon to come to your neighborhood ... YEP the USA
You laugh and scoff at my conjecture, you think you are gaining "TOLERANCE" among other things ... and yet you seal your doom
That is exactly what these "progressives" whom are alomst all dems are doing to you
Please do not take me wrong - I like liberals ... they disagree, yet are socially acceptable, fiscally somewhat responsible, and would fight to the end for EVERYONE to have free speech ... not like these progressives whom CLAIM to be dems ... say ...hillary, barack, murtha, pelosi, gore, edwards, and again - the list goes on
Whatever happened to good liberals like Joe Liberman?

or JFK - he understood that lowering taxes helps the economy and therefore helps the poor - He also understood how to get tough on enemies -the last two Dem presidents were wimps and can be blamed for the situation in the Middle East.
Of all the Dems the one man that is a responsible candidate is Joe Biden - as a matter of fact he is the ONLY Dem that has the courage to state his plan for Iraq - it even makes sense!

And ... I wouldn't look to JB for answers, but I will tell you that as much as I dislike much of the sewage that comes from bill richardson's mouth ... he has made EXCELLENT points during these debates

In my opinion the following factors will collapse the United States in the next 20 -30 years.
1.) Dwindling moral values.
2.) Broken educational system that will severely hamper America / Americans ability to compete on the world stage.
3.) Media bia's.
4.) Un-patriotic mass. The people no longer vote in good conscience.

You must have slept with GWB last night, Are you kidding me, blaming our problems on the dem, over the last 8 years, it been basically all rep and we are now, broke as a nation, we are in a war crisis, we had more rights taken away from us, a zillion new taxes add on, A supreme court that doesn't know the constitution and 66% of all our tax revenue goes to pay just the interest on our national debt.
I am not even a dem and I can see this.
You must of had a very bad dream, because I know your far more intelligent then this.

as far as being broke - most of them are guilty of the pork barrel habits ... IN FACT, before the congress approved the next spending for iraq - the DEMS added a crapload of pork to it
as far as a zillion new taxes ... huh? from gw? not
Supreme court - liberals ruled the supreme court for 45 years and liberally translated at a time when we were thinking about WW2, korea, vietnam and no one saw all the activist damage they did until some now are being re-interpreted. So your statement bothers me ... as the ninth circuit scares me
