Real life, that is, as opposed to alleged romance which is obviously just a myth made up to give women a reason to put their hair up on Saturday nights.
I started taking this supplement, Fucothin, as a possible means of helping me reach at least one of my goals. As it turns out, it may help with more than one, anyway.
I bought it to give it a try based on an article I read, and some additional research, that suggested it might help rev up your metabolism without giving you that jittery feeling; so it's an all natural alternative to a lot of very unnatural medications that a doctor might otherwise prescribe. Additionally, the article said that it seemed to especially affect belly fat, most especially the internal that builds up around your organs, so that if you are overweight from stress or some such where your belly is bigger in proportion to your rear than vice versa then this may be a good supplement for you, indeed.
I cannot remember now if I took the first supplement Monday Evening or Tuesday Evening but it's only been a few days since I started it. I bought a 3 months supply as it was buy 2 bottles and get 1 free that way. Plus, I figured by the time 3 months was up I should definitely know if it worked and was worth repurchasing but if it didn't work it wouldn't have been too huge a loss in monetary value.
Everything I read about it said that most people see results pretty fast. Well, due to the nature of my illness, it is not going to be so easy to tell, with me, if it is working during the first week or two. I tend to swell up (and later swell down? lol) several inches at a moments notice due to allergic reaction and stress.
So, at this point I cannot prove that there is any difference and yet I do feel like there is a difference. The weight on the scale hasn't changed much, if at all, during this abbreviated week of trial but I just measured my waist and it measured as a little over 2" smaller than it was measured at the last time I did so, which was shortly before commencing to take the Fucothin.
I should say that I have also been making an effort to drink a gallon of alkaline water every day. I havent' quite made it on some days (like today I haven't even gotten started) but I certainly have been doing a lot better on that then I had been.
Alkaline water is made by adding 1/4 tsp baking soda to 1 gallon of drinking water. You may also add 1/4 tsp of food grade hydrogen peroxide (either diluted to down to 3 percent or at any point between that and the regular percentage for food grade which is what I used when I tried the water that way.)
The point of alkaline water is to help balance your PH levels as the theory is that since most unhealthy people are highly acidic and most healthy people are more alkaline, and the healthier they are the more alkaline they tend to be, if you make yourself more alkaline you will flush your body of toxins and become healthier. I have yet to fully try an alkaline diet, however, so I couldn't tell you much outside of it's possible to research it on the internet.
I should also say that not only did I not make an active effort to diet during this week but I was taken out to dinner, bought ice cream, fed strawberry shortcake that I helped prepare for my client, forced to buy and help consume a peach praline pie, and had cookies and candy too which is NOT the way I normally eat but it was a very stressful, busy week full of traveling long distances for everyone .. and losing the person who meant the most to me of anyone outside of my children .. so. .it happened.
The point is that I do believe the Fucothin works because I appear to have lost a few inches on my waistline while eating many more calories than I would come close to consuming during most weeks.
Next week I shall eat very differently and if the Fucothin is working I should have something more conclusive to report.
Note how I didn't mention how much I weigh or what the before and after measurements were. This is because that's my business. I might tell my friends and family, one day, but all the rest of you need to know is bigger or smaller and by relatively how much.
Also, back to what I was saying way up there, after I took the first Fucothin capsule I started feeling different. Less tired, less achy, just .. better. So I did more research and found out brown seaweed extract is used to detoxify people, especially from heavy metals. Which Fucothin is made from brown seaweed; so I may be getting much more benefit from this than I had thought I was paying for!
Thank you
