So, today, I was standing in line at the Circle K when one of the clerks looked at me and she got really excited.

Down boys! She wasn't that kind of excited, but, as will be shortly revealed, she was very excited in a different fashion.

Said Clerk is a well-rounded woman, figure wise She is not what I would personally consider obese, though I am sure I would if I ran an insurance company, but she is pushing that envelope and has gone past pleasantly plump already.

So, directly after she got that look in her eye, the one that predates questions such as "May I have your autograph" usually, she said "So I heard you found the miracle diet pill." Then rubs her hands over her belly and said "You know, the one that helps here!"

Well, I told her most everything that I have also told you (if you read my blogs, anyway), about the name of the supplement, the place I found it cheapest, the cost, what the distribution site said about how long it would take to really kick in (5 -6 weeks). Also told her that even though it says that on their site, it doesn't mean it won't do anything at all as I have definitely lost some weight, at least a little bit, even with not trying to diet.

She nodded and said "I know! I can tell! That's why I asked.":

So I went home and told my daughter about this experience and we joked around a bit; but she told me that she could tell, too.

So, that's pretty cool. I knew I had lost a few lbs and such already but I didn't know it was at the point of being truly noticeable to others!

Got my Goji, Mangosteen, and Ashwaganda ordered today, so, hopefully by the end of this next week, I should have those to add to my regimne.. such as it's been a regimne at all.

Oh, yes, and my Melatonin. Not for any other health benefit but pure, decent sleep, though, is my Melatonin.

Anyway, if you coudn't tell, I am happy!

Oh and there are several new art pieces to look at for those of you who want to see them. I'll try to remember to post the link up on the bulletins again.

Have a lovely night/morning .. whichever you are still working on as you read this.

Oh yes Valerian root is another good one for sleeping.

Do you mean the chamomile tea has valerian in it?

I usually, when I can, take Valerian for a night or two, and then take melatonin for a night or two under times of high emotional or physical stress. On the other days, I am past the point of needing to take them. That's what I call progress!

Ribbon Nutrition is where I got the fucothin. Look up Ribbon Nutrition on Google and you should be able to find it.

Unfortunately, since it's a sales site, I cannot post the link to it, but it's a difference of almost $40 between them and Dr. Mercola's site for the same exact product.

After that, I think Vitacost is the cheapest.
