I posted a few blogs recently about someone who .. oh .. he was someone I had found out is not as truthful or nice as they appeared. That's the shortest version.
Only it's worse than that now as I found out he is as truthful as he appears and he was lied to, big time, about me. *sigh*
Let this be a lesson to anyone who doesn't appreciate the Mods on this site. For while they can be serious hard asses and destroyers of really wonderful writing at times, for instance, to the best of my knowledge no one has ever been able to truthfully complain that the Mods altered the log files and then reported the modified files to the police as truth.
Anyway, we are done as friends, this man and I, not because of him or because
of me but because of other people who feel they have the right to distort reality and destroy friendships for their own petty amusements.
In the end, it was all over the fact that one tiny dumb biotch wants her forum to be the most popular forum, it seems, and she will do anything to make it so
She's going to be a social worker. If you met the social workers that most people meet, you would not be surprised.
*ahem* To all the people who are social workers and actually do their job and are social, working, and working for the social good, etc.: I am always happy to make the acquaintance of anyone who means well and is actively trying to do their job. So, please don't take any comments personally if you are doing your job.
It's just most of the social workers I met, MOST I say, were doing no such thing.
Anyway, he is gone, this person.. and the really sucky part of all of that is that it wasn't until I told him to say goodbye and he actually did that I was sure he was the person I had thought he had been, that I was sure he was worth keeping around, and that he hadn't been part of what went down.
Yes, he apologized for what he absolutely did do wrong. Which is nice, but .. it would have been nicer if I could have teased him about it a decade from now.
