This is where things get odd, see, because if I told you what happened, without you knowing anything much about how my life works, you'd assume a lot about fucothin that probably just is not true.
I gained all my weight back and then some. That is the bald-faced truth.
If I hadn't been taking fucothin before that I'd weight about 10-15 lbs more than I do now, though; and that is the other bald-faced truth.
I have real serious and severe health issues, exaberrated by stress. There may be hormonal issues, too, sure; and definitely auto-immune issues. I know it's hard for the persons who hate fat people to understand, but it's not always caused by eating too much or drinking too much or being lazy or a combination of the above.
As it turns out, my waist is still smaller than it was before I started taking fucothin and the weight gain has nothing to do with FAT . Some of it is muscle and some of it is due to an intestinal infection. So, it's depressing and painful, but not fattening.
Today I receieved the ashwaganda , mangosteen, and goji fruit in the mail. I took the first of two doses of ahwaganda for the day and 2 tbsp of mangosteen immediately. I am still taking the fucothin at the regular dosage of 1 capsule 3 x a day. The Ashwaganda is 1 tablet 2 x day.
I miss Stuart. Kick my arse for me until I stop saying that, please!
Oh yes and the melatonin came so I may sleep very well tomorrow night. Tonight my sister is taking me to an Alice Cooper concert. Okay, it's a concert with Alice Cooper in it, but hey: he's who we are going to see! So I don't think I'll be taking or needing the melatonin by the time we get home.

I am sooooooo jealous...I love ALice Cooper..I seen him a few yrs. ago..he is good but he didn't play long enough..and he don't wear make-up any more..Don't worry about the weight...even big women can be sexy,....like me...lol. Who cares what other people think, if they are that shallow, then screw em...

Dont give up....Keep going! Some things take a little while to work. Just try to keep the water up to 8 glasses a day...that alone with help with the "bloated" look.

No..this is the same having just fairly recently actually become a Christian who was given an award by kjac for "most spiritual blogger" or something like that and who many,many people complain about voicing her beliefs.
