It's that time of the year when the race cars are put to bed and the Greyhounds per simulcast are bet on hot and heavy. Last weekend three of us ventured to Dubuque to bet .10 superfectas via simulcast. Per each .10 race where superfectas were available (we bet 36.00 total per race) we hit (won) 6. Our total investment per 8 races was a total of 288.00 or 96.00 each, our winnings were $1,178.33. Thus we netted $890.00 or $296.66 each while relaxing, having a great time and drinking complimentary soft drink.
Even if we would have had 10 betting at our tables the total bets would have been 288.00 which would have been only 28.80 per person, the wins would have been $1,178.33 and each would have walked away with $117.83......Not bad!
