Have you ever had one of those friends that is outgoing, so gregarious and friendly, totally engaged in life, always doing something and having to do something, curious about new things, always doing things for people? Aren't they a pain!
One of my friends is like that.
He'll come over to pick me up and while I'm in the bathroom, if he notices an unstamped letter waiting to go out he'll take a stamp off of his own roll and put the letter amongst his and mail it later when he goes to the post office. A day or so later after an interview for a new job didn't go so well I looked for the letter of resignation so I could rip it up to prevent it accidentally getting mailed...
Another time he came by and in the time it took me to say 'don't' he had walked over to the VCR, wondered what the blinking light on it meant and erased my record settings....
Once we were flying in a small rented plane, he got curious about all the features on the control panel that were different from the other planes we flew. "I wonder what this does?" is not something you want to hear in-flight as someone pulls a knob. "It won't go back in" He said."You've just set the parking break" I told him. He also discovered that it's really, really hard to empty a pee filled pop can at 3,000 feet and stay dry.
Another time as I was finishing up in the bathroom he offered to take out my trash for me. Absentmindedly I said ok. A few weeks later my subconscious made a connection and I bolted upright in bed at 3am. Where are the bags of new clothes that I bought? Oh crap.
Next time we do something I'm going to meet him at his place.

Can you imagine how it is to have to work with a collegue like that? By boss-force being tied up in a "team" with that oh so helpful girl that ruins your files, your long-built up business relations? ... I wish I could hide in the bathroom all day long

when my niece "cleans" my moms house for her.. things go missing that are never seen again... if my papa had hair, he'd be pulling it out.. she throws out mail.. she lost my moms good hair cutting scissors.. the newspapers disappear before they can get a chance to read it.. ( I suspect she takes it home with her, she's too tight to buy her own newspaper) And my mom wonders why my nieces house is such a pigsty...

Soem friend he is. I do not want anyone touching things in my home. That is a good way to lose things.
HandyItalian, you have no idea what you are saying. You just have never had anyone in your home misplacing things.

Don't blame you Guy, I don't think I'd want him in my house either.
Gosh, I do those things to myself Maybe I should quit being so helpful to me.
