Our country is so divided now. It is so sad. Our city has the oldest Vet's day parade in Northern California and it is so grand to see everyone lining the streets 2 hours before the parade to cheer on Vets old and new. Whatever your feelings are on war (I can't think of anything worse ) remember that this Vets day is a day for the "Veterans", not a day for the "wars".

	Yes Meliss, it starts at Walnut park, loops around town and ends back there. It is done now but it was fantastic! I love my country, just can't stand war They had vets from all the wars. WW I planes flying overhead, all the jeeps and trucks, the veterans! Then the newer planes, lots and lots to see! A sight to see. Check it out next year! Gr8

	ty you vets for your s regarding this blog. And thank you ladies for supporting them And thanks for whoever else read it. Monday would be a good day to say something to our veterans, where ever they are. btw, they are all over. There are so many of them. I know so many and they don't get nearly the thanks they should Think about it for a moment, how many there are. All the wars they have fought. Does anyone out there know how many vets there are? Gr8

	The parade today just inspired me so much. This country is in such a disaster mode right now and to see people come together today was something else. I highly recommend going to a Vets day parade tomorrow. Stand there, cheer them on and give them a hand and a The could use our support. We, that are not vets or aren't close to one have no idea what they went thru. I did the a couple of times at the parade and each time...I got one back

	Yes! Thank You Veterans! The majority have family and friends that are veterans...my brother was in ...Nam... From my experience, I have seen all those come together on Veterans Day, but I have also seen too many (and their families), have to struggle and fight for the stated compensation due them after they fought and served their country. I find that very sad! I enjoy your blogs Peter...I hope you will continue them!
