I am asking all of my MD friends to send up a little prayer tonight for my family. My daughter in law has gone into labor and it's still 2 1/2 months early .... she is in the hospital now and they are giving her medication to try and stop the labor and here I sit worried to death about what is happening. I wanted to run right up to the hospital but they have both asked me to wait here at home so I am doing what they asked but it's very hard just to sit here and wait and I thought I would ask that small favor of all of you in MD land ...... I will be in and out but please understand if I don't answer all comments right away ........ thank you all in advance ......

Oh Val.... You know I'll say a prayer... I'll call mom in the morning and let her know... I'm sure Elizabeth and the baby will be just fine.... I'll call you tomorrow and check on her.... but if you need to talk, just give me a call..... you try to get some rest tonight and know she's in good hands at the hospital.

My prayers for your daughter and her child..I'm sure, no matter what happens they will both be okay, medicine is amazing in that particular aspect, after all babies are our most precious gifts..they will be okay..God will protect them both...

I want to give each and every one of you my heartfelt Thanks for your prayers and support ...... they have finally gotten her labor stopped after two doses of meds and six hours of worry and should be sending her home shortly ..... I cannot tell you how much all your comments and emails have meant to all of us !! This was a stressful time and you all have made it much easier to bear so once again THANK YOU to each and every one of you ......... you are the BEST !!!

I will let you all know how things go as they progress. She is not due until the end of January and this has been a difficult pregnancy for her .... I cannot express to all of you how much the prayers and thoughts mean to us all and a mere thanks doesn't seem to cover it but they are all the words I have so to each and every one of you a heartfelt

I came back to check and see if there was news. I am so glad to hear the labor has been stopped and she will be back home.
