When ever I get into deep thought I bake.
Not sure why... but it helps to clear my mind.
Cooking seems to relax ones soul.
It's the darn dishes afterwards I hate!

Today.... I baked 6 dozen cookies.
I made Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin, Sugar
and Macademien Nut cookies.

Some friends stopped over...and started to sample my cookies
They were warm and gooey....right from the oven.
Want one?

Too bad they don't have smell a vision here.........

	Baking a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting... noticed your post. Not sure about... "clearing" the mind... but does tend to put a different perspective on the day. smile ... and who does not love chocolate!!!! grinning

	When making chocolate chip cookies, try substituting orange juice for milk in your recipe... let me know how it turns out. it's Grandma's secret...
