oh well.. so he was put in time out for a few.. but I am sure it was worth it to both of you for that little bit of communcation that you got to share.. I will keep you and your son in my prayers.. and I am so glad he will be home in a few months..

Yeah, I knew he would get a bite on the butt (so to speak) from his CO. I think he better remember you can do it again if needed.
I am glad you finally at least, got the email from him. Do you know have an email address that he can continue to use?
I bet you slept a lot better, even though you will still continue to worry over his young jive butt. I have a feeling he will do a bit better cause they will get him for not writing to you, especially when you keep asking and get nothing.
Let's hope he pays really good attention all the way around.... you know. Happy for you.

IMHO, you both got what you deserved. He got "chewed out" for not communicating with his mom and you got an "I Love You" from your son. Glad to hear he is well, may the Lord keep and protect him and bring him home safe soon.

I am so glad you heard from him.I guess he will keep in close contact with you now lololol..CO's don't liek finding out families are not hearing from their loved ones away from home.I know you are feeling much better.Sometimes kids just don't realise how much parents worry(especially during war time).
