Hmm............from viewed from one angle (and through the bottom of a whiskey bottle), there is a "practical third sex."
Granted, this third sex is dependent upon it's "host" for life. It has no mind of its own, but it can "speak". It can "create" or "destroy". And it is known for its "expertise" in sexual pleasure. It's useful (and handy for fear of a pun) for both male and female.
Where/who/what is this third sex, you ask?
It's attached to the end of your arm.

Hermaphrodite is term you're seeking.
That idea is an individual that has genital structures of both sexes, so no that wouldn't really be a third sex either.
I suppose that a fully, naturally "unsexed" individual with no reproductive organs might fall into category of a third sex, even though it would technically be sexless.

Ya know, I have come to the conclusion that I should not have used the word sex.
That is all that anyone can talk about. I have no issues with sex with men. They do alright in that venue, usually.
No I guess I am talking about the part of the relationship that happens outside of the actual sex act.
Y'all remember that, right?
