In todays job market everyone wants a higher paying job some could be happy just closer to home, maybe it's better benefits or just the work hours are less..lets face it.. wouldn't you want a change if it were a benefit to you
Now a woman applies for this job.. she gets it...paid good wages great benefits and closer to home, would one think her as to masculine doing a job men usually do, and wouldn't that change how she's percieved.
As a business women myself, I have seen both sides of this. Just like to here others comments or opinions.

she might be seen as a tomboy or a lesbian. it depends on her personality. she might have a very feminine voice, personality, or looks. what kind of problems are you, or "she" having?

I think that a women should be able to do what ever she sets her sites on as long as she is physicaly able to do the job without puting others in harms way,, if men have a problem with it and think that women lose their feminine qualities doing a "mans" job , then they themselves have an insecurity problem,,I know alot of women who work in traditional men jobs and they havnt lost any feminine qualities

Depends what the job is. I personally, would never work for a woman. Been there, done that twice.. First, too moody and overreacts. Secound, almost got me killed.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F3oFFqXxTzk
