I felt it necessary to edit my blog today because it was way to sad, personal and negative. Thanks to all of those who posted to the details of the earlier post. However unworthy I may feel atleast I do have quite a few friends.
I think it is rather sad to be alone over the holidays but I guess I will get over it. Sorry I am not good company today. steve

There is nothing I can tell you that you don't already know. The "Key Word" here my friend is in what "SEEMS." You know darn well tht we only see a portion of what "IS" and that is so often distorted. Now go on and have your cry, we all need a good one once in a while... seems to clear & cleanse the system before getting back in the passenger seat (God is in the driver's seat you know.)

Sorry to hear of all your down hearted pain. Life throws them to us sometimes to wake us up and see reality. There must be a lesson to learn from all this somewhere, and sitting back and reflecting on everything that has happend, there is always light at the end of the tunnel. Maybe this is to make you a stronger person in yourself, or to show you the direction you took in the past was one that shouldn't have been taken. But sometimes, we have to become a wreck to become something better. But just look around, life still goes on, and either you can let it rule you or you can choose to rule it. The decisions will be yours.  Good Luck!!! By the way, I love the poetry you write.

Sorry to hear things are not going so well at this time for you. I have been there myself...very recently. I thought at the time, that things were sooooo bad, but alas, I have made it through, and I think I'm a better person because of it. You too in time will see that this is yet a nother hurdle in life. I hope that this new year brings to you happiness and contentment.

I think Lady Kay and Pat said what needed to be said. I too am so sorry that you are in such a lurch. Always remember, though, that the darkest hours in our lives have a purpose. That purpose is to build faith and endurance. We are in this race to WIN, make no mistake about it. Just know that many of us are with you in spirit during this hard time. If we did not have the darkest hours of despair in our lives, then the brilliance of God's light would not mean much, would it? There is always a rainbow after every storm. It may seem like an eternity, but God's timing is always perfect. Just trust in Him and pray for guidance and patience. Things will work out for you. You have such a beautiful gifted soul and spirit. Just hang in there. God has the safety net under you and will not let you fall. I will bet my life on it. You will be remembered in my prayers, sincerely.

Aren't these feelings pretty much all of us go thru from time to time....in particular around the holidays?
Although I have my family, I am still very much "alone" myself....and I find it especially depressing as the New Year rings in.....but as sad as it makes me feel, tomorrow is still yet another day...a new day...to live & dream & hope...for peace, love & prosperity.

If you will notice some of the wisest ladies in MD have already commented. I cannot and will not try to say anything more than .. even when we feel our most alone, there are people who think the world of us.. remember that thought Steven.. cuz it should speak volumes to you.
And though we (and I am using that term in complete wideuse verbage) may not have the one person beside us that makes us laugh and who we find it more better to have in our lives than without.. there is someone there waiting for us.. the real test is believing long enough to connect..
