Miami temperatures this morning are 37 degrees Fahrenheit (2.7 Celsius) making it warmer in my refrigerator than outside.
Room temperature is 59F.
Last week it was 78F with the air conditioner going.
Maybe I should throw a towel under the front door. That 3/4" gap is letting too much wind blow through the house...

about 12 in NY, I just came back in from walking to school..I'm not going to complain we had a beautiful New Years Day and the weather forecast is saying possible 60's for next week. So I'll just get through the cold today and await the warmer weather...besides gives me a good excuse to drink and warm up on all that Kettle One I have collecting dust

It was down to 21* here in eastern NC last nite...only up about 35 this afternoon....that is mighty chilly for us. I'm staying inside today.....forecast is for 61* come Sunday!

I haven't finished the flooring near the front door. Just some temporary pieces are there now. It involves some adjustment with the threshold... maybe by the weekend I'll have it done.

last night the low was 16 degrees.. wind gusts up to 25mph.. I had my thermostat on 75 and I was still freezing in this old drafty apartment... I HATE BEING COLD!.. thank God for heated mattress covers..
