After an extended absence, I have decided to come back and see if anything has changed here on MD. I am not able to participate at the level that I had previously, but I am hoping that will be changing in the not-too-distant future. I have noticed that a few of my old friends have left, but that is not stopping me from coming back. In the past few months, I have found that separating myself from contact with people whose company I enjoy was the wrong decision. Being alone is not the same thing as being lonely, but it isn't a good thing either. I am going to give this another try.
