	I've recently realized that "multi-tasking" isn't the way to get many things accomplished in a day. I was one of those people that would be doing at least 2 tasks at a time, and eventually started making too many errors or would never remember how or WHY I had completed a job. Being efficient does NOT mean spreading yourself too thin, it means being concentrated on the task at hand. I've always thought I was "living in the now" but realized I've been looking to the "to do list" or thinking about everything I had to accomplish NEXT. I'm now focusing on one thing at a time and enjoying it much, much better. Thanks for putting what I've been feeling into words so well!
