If everyone could be happy and mindful in and of what they do, how different would be the world we share?
Brilliantly perceptive. Fully
aware
...
...a recipe for contentment, fulfillment and happiness.
You go, girl...

I've recently realized that "multi-tasking" isn't the way to get many things accomplished in a day. I was one of those people that would be doing at least 2 tasks at a time, and eventually started making too many errors or would never remember how or WHY I had completed a job. Being efficient does NOT mean spreading yourself too thin, it means being concentrated on the task at hand.
I've always thought I was "living in the now" but realized I've been looking to the "to do list" or thinking about everything I had to accomplish NEXT. I'm now focusing on one thing at a time and enjoying it much, much better.
Thanks for putting what I've been feeling into words so well!

Gramps always said.. no one can make you happy, you create the happiness within by noticing and loving what is outside of you and being content with that joy.
Kudos lady.. as always, a wonderful read...
