Shrieking, shriveling, world falls down Sacred Shakespeare scattered in breezes Likened as he was to ruff-collared clown Bits of him stick leafily to the treezes For e'er scattered remains flee and fly Brought up from ground and scurried time Bringing us all, for the once, eye to eye To waste living on pedantic-sorted rhyme Baptised on the 26th of a day not Mayed He howled his way into histories charts So near the very time he was took away Leaving nothing in memory but our hearts And mysteries, oh sordid mysteries, flap Did he?
