One night me and my wife went to bed, we started fooling around and the heat was rising. Up until the moment she said “I really don’t feel like sex tonight, I just want you to hold me tight”
My reply was “What??!! Why??”
Then she spoke the simple words all men fear
“You are not in touch with my emotional needs as a woman for me to satisfy your physical needs as a man” she then continued “Why can you not just love me for who I am and not just for what I can do for you in the bedroom?”
I then realized that I am not getting any sex that night so I turned over and went to sleep, the next day I called in sick so I could spend it with my wife. I took her out for a nice lunch. We walked in the park and in the afternoon we stopped by a rather large and well known shopping centre.
I watched her try on several expensive designer outfits that she could not decide on, I told her that we would take them all. She then needed new shoes to go with her new outfits, so she chose 7 pair of new shoes. I just smiled at her lovingly and nodded.
We then stopped by the jeweler, and she picked up a diamond necklace she really wanted for a long time.
Allow me to say she was getting really excited.
I was thinking that she wanted to test me when she asked for a tennis outfit, especially since she does not even play tennis. She must have been thinking I had gone mental when I said “Sure love, anything for the women I love”
She was getting close to sexual ecstasy by all this shopping when she said with a big smile ”I think that is all love, lets pay for all these things”
I could hardly contain myself when I said. “I really dont feel like it today”
She went all white and her lips started shaking as she stammered a shocked”WHAT!! WHY??!!”
I said”Darling, I just want you to hold those things tight for a while; you are not in financially in touch in my needs as a man for me to satisfy your needs as a woman”
When she looked ready to kill me I said “Why can you not love me for who I am? Not for the things I can buy you?”
Apparently I am not getting sex tonight either.....
