First, Enoch, the biographical Bible reading for the day. It's very short.

(Genesis 5:18-24) 18 And Ja´red lived on for a hundred and sixty-two years. Then he became father to E´noch. 19 And after his fathering E´noch Ja´red continued to live eight hundred years. Meanwhile he became father to sons and daughters. 20 So all the days of Ja´red amounted to nine hundred and sixty-two years and he died. 21 And E´noch lived on for sixty-five years. Then he became father to Me·thu´se·lah. 22 And after his fathering Me·thu´se·lah E´noch went on walking with the [true] God three hundred years. Meanwhile he became father to sons and daughters. 23 So all the days of E´noch amounted to three hundred and sixty-five years. 24 And E´noch kept walking with the [true] God. Then he was no more, for God took him.

Just to let you know, I have been quite ill last night and today. Really super tired and just feel unable to do anything, really. So I am saving what energy I have for the more important persons in my life (my children) and cooking dinner, etc.

So, I'm not ignoring you and if I feel more energetic later, I'll be answering emails. But, I don't know if that'll be today or when I've been doing that Oil Pulling and one of the things it said, in some article or another, was that your symptoms are likely to get worse before you start feeling better, especially if you have a lot of toxicity in you (medically speaking). Well, this is happening to me, right now, which is unpleasant sensations, but also good news as it means it is working.

Love you! See you later.

Hmmm very interesting. I was taught that Methuselah was the oldest man that lived but...... he died before his father E'noch. Wish I was taught the entire story!

Well, Methuselah lived to be the oldest man who lived his entire life on Earth and whom then died. Enoch is off in a class by himself, at that point. Not entirely sure what it means as to whether he would be considered living or ..

I mean, Jesus has a date of his death but he is still alive, Lazarus died a couple of times, and there were other person's resurrected by Jesus too so .. at what point would Guinness put them in rankings for longevity? I don't know!

I thought it was Noah?

lol nope, but Noah did live a good long while and he was a great "poster child" for living life well in the Golden Years, I must say.
