There are sooooo many ways a man is sexy / handsome / c'mere status:
Lord, hold me back, but I absolutely find a bald man with a well trimmed goatee that is a mechanic the sexiest thang on this plane.. just thinkin' 'bout that is making me... eerrrrr 
Add to that deep piercing eyes that smolder with desire when he looks at me, strong and powerful arms, lips that make me wanna drink them in.. and oh, yeah, that fine, fine arzzzz....  
I also think a man with a deep come hither voice is the sexiest thang ever.. and then there is my standard Sam Elliott baaaa beeee!!!!

You are so right Charli....Many things make a man sexy and handsome all at the same time and it doesnt have anything to do with outward appearance ( OK strike that George Clooney is damn nigh on perfection ) but in general its about a mans attititude, a look, a smile and sometimes them just knowing exactly what you are thinking 
And Mordru Sam Elliott is 2nd on my list hahahaha God has that man got the sexiest voice on the planet
