I love it!!!! (my tax refund at work!!!). If you would like to see the newest pics.. I am posting the link, if not, pass it by.

Gifts that Give More
This ole fool does not wish to use any form of chemical medication in her body unless it is absolutely without a doubt, positively must be there yesterday, gotta have, necessary. I have always been interested in alternate methods of self-help as I feel that sometimes we take our health for granted and place our bodies and lives in the hands of (although well educated and very skilled) doctors that do not know our beliefs for not using chemical products which may, down the line, be the cause of something even more health unwise.
I have many good friends who have helped to educate me in some ways that I believe have worked with me and though I am certainly not asking anyone to jump on my bandwagon and take yourself off of any sort of medications necessary for you to lead a quality life, I have found that some herbs and natural remedies work for me. I have degenerative arthritis in my joints (not to mention the fact that most of my limbs are pieced together with plates and compression screws - you should hear the beeping in airports... LOL), especially my back (not a far stretch to figure out that this is hereditary given the fact that my dad had major back surgery and my son was born with a mild form of spina bifida) and they had me on Soma for the pain a while back. I didn't like what the Soma was doing to me and I particularly didn't appreciate getting at work and not remembering the drive. So, I am now a graduate of pain management courses and take glucosamine chondroitin for the joints. I take bilberry, lutein & Zeaxanthin for eyesight, and flaxseed oil, for my wellness. I am also using a mixture of honey and cinnamon powder for a variety of things.. I will past a link on to the page with the usage for this. And I have good friends that perform Reikei on me at least 3 times a year to draw out the negative and keep me on a path to working on the positive.
This is my choice because my conditions are not life-threatening and, go figure, an old hippie chick who never did drugs and doesn't like them... ah, sweet mysteries of life.
Uses of Honey & Cinnamon
and for gramps: Two Stranded Lawyers
Two lawyers had been stranded on a desert island for several months. The only thing on the island was a tall coconut tree that provided them their only food.
Each day one of the lawyers would climb to the top to see if he could spot a rescue boat coming.
One day the lawyer yelled down from the tree, 'WOW, I just can't believe my eyes. There is a woman out there floating in our direction.'
The lawyer on the ground was most skeptical and said, 'You're hallucinating; you've finally lost your mind.'
But within a few minutes, up to the beach floated a stunning red head, face up, totally naked, unconscious, without even so much as a ring or earrings on her person.
The two lawyers went down to the water, dragged her up on the beach and discovered, yes, she was alive, warm and breathing.
One said to the other, 'You know, we've been on this God forsaken island for months now without a woman. It's been such a long, long time.....So... do you think we should well... you know... screw her?'
'Out of WHAT?!?' asked the other.
