I am very musically inclined. Do I play any instruments? Sadly no, but I would love to learn guitar and the piano. Can I sing well? Of course! I could make a platinum album, but only if they are willing to bring the studio to my bathroom since I sound like hell anywhere outside of there. So how am I so musically inclined? If I had to make a choice between the television and the radio, the television would be out the door! I
Its hard for me to imagine life without music. I was born in 1977, so I am pretty much an 80's child. It goes without saying that 80's music is my favorite decade and R&B is my favorite genre. People like Alexander Oneal, Sade, New Edition, Babyface, Al B.Sure, Ready For The World, Force Md's,Phyllis Hyman, Anita Baker, Patti Labelle, etc.. 
Don't let that fool you though. I also LOVE Tears For Fears, Cyndi Lauper, Boy George and the Culture Club, Ah-Ha, Pearl Jam, Meatloaf, Taja Sevelle, The Verve, etc.. 
My point in all this? From here on out instead of all this rambling I have done here, my blogs will consist of song lyrics that express my mood at the time. For any given mood I have ever felt, there has always been a song that conveyed that mood almost as if I had written it myself. I will give you a brief explanation as to why I chose that song and then let the lyrics speak for me.

I never thought I would play an instrument, but started out with a toy harmonica. and taught myself how to play. I now own five in different keys.
