I need to thank some people here again.. for the really nice heart warmers .. blogs that make you sigh, that make you cry, that give you hope, that lift you up.. so, first things first.. thank you from the bottom of my heart.
It was and will continue to be a wonderful time of the year... today, today, and I am not trying to rub this in to those less fortunate ones that are still experiencing snow and gray skies and cold.. but here, in this little corner of God's green earth, the sun was beating down and felt as nice as when you have someone massage some heated oil on your aching shoulders.. and the temperatures were in the low 80s... and if it sounded like I was rubbing it in, all I can say is.. yeah, you are probably correct... I was!!!! What are yall planning on doing about it? coming to hunt me down.. good, because then you will get to experience the beauty of this glorious place...
Since the first verse of the song is not really true yet.. but I gotta tell you the rest certainly is:
Oh what a beautiful morning, Oh what a beautiful day, I've got a wonderful feeling, Everything's going my way.
All the cattle are standing like statues, All the cattle are standing like statues, They don't turn their heads as they see me ride by. But a little brown mav'rick is winking her eye.
All the sounds of the earth are like music, All the sounds of the earth are like music, The breeze is so busy it don't miss a tree, And an ol' Weepin' Willer is laughin' at me. I had the ultimate pleasure of being able to listen to the bluebirds singing tonite when I was outside doing my chores. It seems that they were able to beat the tree swallows into the bluebird houses I purchased online last year and hung and just recently got cleaned out for the new crew. And I am extremely frikken happy to see their beauty and listen to the lovely song they sing for me.. so, I snapped a picture and thought I would pass it along to each of you.. enjoy!!!!
My bluebird of happiness for each of you....
And for gramps: drum roll please:
A man is waiting in line for a hit movie. Behind him are two women. The usher comes along and says that he has two seats together. Seeing the problem, the usher says to the man, "Let them go first. You wouldn't want to separate a woman from her mother, would you?" The man says, "No, sir. I did that once, and I've been sorry ever since."
bada bing...
Nite all!!!!!

Wasn't it a glorious day??!!
I planted three new trees and got quite sunburned playing - ummm, I mean working in the yard all day. It was the Phoebes singing here today - and even the Mourning Doves seemed cheerful.
Beautiful photo... terrible joke
Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy...

It truly was a beautiful day. I went for a walk in the park to enjoy the blooms and the sunshine on my shoulders.
The bluebird is absolutely beautiful... coming out your way one day to experience the wonders that surround you. Hey... you almost dared me!!
