Was thinking the other day about fun in the kitchen. LOL
Remembered the times it just seemed like a blast just to get the food prepared even before it had a chance to be shared.
Surprised myself when I found it boiled down the just three reasons.
I will use "her" as it could just as easily be "him" "son" "daughter" "children" "Dad" "Mom" "Aunt" "Uncle". Guess you get the idea.
Anyway My 3 reasons And they are not in any order of preference (Sort Of)
Talking with her as I get the food ready.
Talking with her as she gets the food ready.
Talking with her as we get the food ready.
To brutally honest the third option (Subject to this being a Consenting Adults Option and Not a Family Gathering Option) has the most appeal just with the possibility's.
Getting in or out of each other way / space. With accidental brushing up against.
Unintentional misplacement of a cooking implement or a body part.
Intentional misplacement of a cooking implement or a body part.
Corollary 1 Intentional placement of a cooking implement or a body part
Corollary2. Intentional placement of a cooking implement or a body part to a body part.
ad infinitum
I believe the has great potential for further analysis just in the methods and mores concerning the consummation / consuming of our prepared meals.
I believe I will stop here with out entering the realm of food to body part comparison. LOL At least for this audience.
I Truly enjoy the kitchen especially if someone else does the dishes.
