Wham Bam Thank You Ma’am.

Do you need to flatter yourself so badly?
Are you that desperate for attention?
Do you really need an ego trip?

I wonder…what’s it all about?

I can see the attraction of the older man wanting to date and have sex with women who are older or younger than them; yet I fail to see any reason for older women to want to date and have sex with younger men?

I wonder…what’s it all about?

Is it an easy ride with no ties for the young lad, who dreams of having sex with an older, more experienced woman?

Is it an ego trip for the older woman?

Are they desperate measures on the part of the older woman?

Does she need to flatter herself so badly?

I wouldn’t choose to date a man any younger than myself and certainly find the thought of having sex with a ‘young lad’ quite disturbing.

Obviously I do believe that there are exceptions where a younger man and older woman have fallen in love and it’s not all about sex, but that’s not a common occurrence.

So I wonder… what’s it all about?

I prefer older women ! But not in a sexual way . I Because, in most case ( See how I say ... IN MOST case ...lol ), they are mature and smarter . And, they have Class .

Younger women are ok . But they sometimes act like ... Well, Ummm ... ( you get the point, right ? lol )

With all due respect to mature young men out there...I DEF prefer older!

They are usually more comfortable with themselves...can say more than the words

*dude, and duh*....and their golf score is more impressive than the points on a

Mario game.

To me...a walk, hand in hand, in the country is more romantic than riding a

shateboard down the handrails of the courthouse steps.

*OHHH, I'm going to get SUCH flak for this....

I don't know. While I do like my bananas young, firm, and a little unripe, I like men who are mature, well-ripened ... easy to peel, with brown spots all over them ... wait ... what was the question again?

Like any toy, the young ones are fun to play with, even tho you know you'll have to put it back eventually.

Seriously, I've dated both older and younger. I dated younger because I'm not the most mature woman, and men my age and older all seemed so....OLD! But now I've got Ken, and he's just as immature as I am We're a match made in heaven!

OK, let's put this in perspective -- I've dated "younger men", but by NO MEANS were they "lads"

(To me, age doesn't really matter as long as they're on the same level as me...but that honestly precludes hooking up with some 22 or 32-year-old dude -- even if he is a stud )

When the age difference between them and your kids is the same as the distance between them and you...that should give you cause for pause. I'd take an older
man any day of the week.

PETER PAN:
Are you ready for today's lesson?

ALL:
Yes, Peter!

PETER PAN:
Listen to your teacher. Repeat after me:
I won't grow up,
(I won't grow up)
I don't want to go to school.
(I don't want to go to school)
Just to learn to be a parrot,
(Just to learn to be a parrot)
And recite a silly rule.
(And recite a silly rule)
If growing up means
It would be beneath my dignity to climb a tree,
I'll never grow up, never grow up, never grow up
Not me!
Not I,
Not me!
Not me!
I won't grow up,
(I won't grow up)
I don't want to wear a tie.
(I don't want to wear a tie)
And a serious expression
(And a serious expression)
In the middle of July.
(In the middle of July)
And if it means I must prepare
To shoulder burdens with a worried air,

I'll never grow up, never grow up, never grow up
Not me,
Not I,
Not me!
So there!
Never gonna be a man,
I won't!
Like to see somebody try
And make me.
Anyone who wants to try
And make me turn into a man,
Catch me if you can.
I won't grow up.
Not a penny will I pinch.
I will never grow a mustache,
Or a fraction of an inch.
'Cause growing up is awfuller
Than all the awful things that ever were.
I'll never grow up, never grow up, never grow up,
No sir,
Not I,
Not me,
So there!

I won't grow up!
(I won't grow up)
I will never even try
(I will never even try)
I will do what Peter tells me
(I will do what Peter tells me)
And I'll never ask him why
(And I'll never ask him why)

We won't grow up!
(We won't grow up)
We will never grow a day
(We will never grow a day)
And if someone tries to make it
(And if someone tries to make it)
We will simply run away
(We will simply run away)

I won't grow up!
(I won't grow up)
No, I promise that I won't
(No, I promise that I won't)
I will stay a boy forever
(I will stay a boy forever)
And be banished if I don't!
(And be banished if I don't)

And Never Land will always be
The home of beauty and joy
And neverty
I'll never grow up, never grow up, never grow up
Not me!
Not me!
Not me!
Not me!
No sir!
Not me!

So....I am getting older....but....I won't grow up.
The best...(or worst) of both worlds.

Jest sayin'.........

I don’t want a younger man.. I don’t want to waist my time with someone looking for experience. I’m not a teacher and won’t pretend to be… I want a man that has it… Why should I waist my time with someone that doesn’t’ know how to please me… I want a man with experience and knows how to please his partner, as I do… a few years younger is ok, but only by a few years… after that here isn’t much in common and they aren’t looking for the same things you are…

As humans we all differ. We think differently. It is very difficult for us
to understand those that think so very differently. We may never understand.

Since I have this character flaw called morals, the list of things I
don't understand is vast. Abuse, Adultery, One Night Stands,
using another for sex outside of love, etc., etc.

I have learned to live without knowing - without understanding.

Life is more peaceful that way.

Thanks you for writing this blog.

I believe older women are attracted to younger men purely for the physical. It can't be for their brains - In my experience younger men are more interested in themselves than any woman they might be seeing at the time. Younger seem to like an older woman because she's unlikely to try to get in contact every five minutes and get on their case because she has too many other things going on in her life - basically less hassle! (this is unlikely to lead to a relationship - therefore it's all about sex - for the guy anyway - the woman is probably hoping he'll fall madly in love with her and make a go of things).

I too find the idea of a woman being attracted to a "young lad" a bit disturbing but there seems to be an acceptable age gap these days (guys in their 30's dating women in their 40's). I've dated men my age and younger, I can't say I noticed much difference.

I've never dated anyone older than me, mainly because where I come from men in their 40's look in their 50's and, well, need I say more. I know it's not all about looks, personality is far more important, but I have to feel some kind of physical attraction or the relationship will never grown beyond a friendship.

People need to try to look their best if they want to attract the opposite sex. A few pounds here and there's no problem, we can still dress to impress whether we're male or female. It's all about self-confidence. A confident guy will win me over every time whatever he looks like. In my experience it's the younger men who seem to display any kind of confidence, those my age and older seem to have lost their sparkle.

I've notice a few attractive older men on this site, mainly from the US, I'd date them given the opportunity, so I know that even though a young, pretty face makes my heart beat faster, it's simply a left-over memory from my teenage years and it's to be ignored and swept under the carpet. I know from experience younger men will say things they don't mean and they often don't know what they want - I'm wondering if the older guys are more likely to know because they're ready for a relationship. I guess it all depends on the individual. I'd hate to cast aspersions that all younger men aren't serious about finding someone to settle down with.

I reckon when I meet the right guy, it won't matter how old he is or what he looks like. He'll be gorgeous to me because he's all mine. I can't wait! Bring it on!

Women who've been used all their life tend to do that yaknow. It's impossible for them to find a meaningful relationship with someone their own age, either due to having a caustic personality, stupidity, unattractiveness ie. butt ugly or just so skanky they attract flies. As a young soldier, we used to go to a club that was infamous for attracting old skeezers at times, for awhile there you could tell the time of day by when the bus would pull up. The old barflies would debark and it'd be game on for them.

They'd make their way through the club, attempting to make conversation through tobacco stained choppers, wrinkly cleavage that could gag a maggot, arm flappage that could cool a nuclear reactor and makeup that could hide the Golden Gate Bridge. We'd set up a skirmish line, using the least of rank as a first line of defense. Eventually, they'd tire and start to drinking, winding up in the alley with the most desperate.....Navy guys.

We used to walk up behind some of the grossest and tape a coaster to her back, and start placing bets to when she'd get so messed up, she'd pass out in one of the corner booths.

You could make some good duckage on a Friday night there.

God Damn that was fun....

Hey, there's something none of you seem to have thought of.....so I thought I would tell ya.....

By the time you get MY AGE.....almost ALL the guys are YOUNGER.....Now, don't laugh....you, too may get old some day....and, still be looking for a significant other.

The nonsense you see on dating sites, where chronologically-mature women actively seek and flaunt the attentions of men young enough to be their sons or even grandsons is simple:

They're afraid.

Afraid of growing old. Afraid of no longer being seen as "attractive" and therefore afraid of being ignored.

It is particularly prevalent among those who have relied on their looks to get by throughout their life. So losing the flush of youth means losing their safety net and they'll do anything to try to assure themselves and others that is not the case. They think that being seen with those so much younger than they are somehow casts some youthful glow onto their aged bodies and faces.

But, like taxes and death, physical aging is inevitable. Those who are secure in themselves as a person don't need to glom onto children to maintain or validate their Self-worth.

I think we need to show a little compassion here. I can't imagine what it must be like for some of those skeezers to wake up in the morning, look in the mirror and realize they have more chins than a Hong Kong phone book...at least it takes the focus away from all their cellulite....look on the bright side.
